Outlook Send/Receive Error: “Your email server rejected your login.” for IMAP Outlook 2016

If you meet this problem, you can set as follows:

For Incoming mail server: outlook.office365.com, port: 993 (SSL)

For Outgoing mail server: smtp.office365.com, Port: 25 (NON)

It would work fine.
