Let’s take some time to process our moment (A kind of Recovery or Reset Process)
1- Creating an environment where we can set our mind free from current job or responsibility (if we don’t find any where yet, just try to take a train or any means of transportation to somewhere far away from the current location for 30 minutes)
2- After setting our mind at best position, start writing anything that comes to our mind, it can be what we want to do but never done (example: wanted to send a flower to someone, but never have a chance to do it), our dream job, our vision, our goal in life, our daily schedule, what is unsatisfied, obstacles or difficulties in our life, job, etc…(Reset Journal);
3- then, we may discover something hidden, we may find our inner wisdom, or we May be able to reconnect ourselves to our lives
4- Finally, it would lead to the recovery of our mental and physical health/well-being.
Reset or recovery process should be applied at regular basis (On-Off Rehabilitation) to achieve the most in either our work or our mental or physical health ![]()
